Ordering through our online store is done in the following three steps:

Orders are sent cash on delivery by the couriers of BigArena Fulfilment Bulgaria, and can be delivered to the exact address specified by you in the order or to your nearest office of the courier company.
- You can place your order by phone/Viber (088 979 7922) or by adding the products you want to the shopping cart of the online store. After pressing the “Order” button, fill in the fields correctly in the order form.
- Confirmation is automatic. We call you by phone only if there is a need for clarification regarding your order. If you do not receive a call, we are working on sending one.
- Delivery is carried out the next day for cities with the couriers of BigArena Fulfilment Bulgaria. Couriers do not work on weekends and holidays.
