Order exchange
If you wish to exchange a product and we send another, you must within 14 days of your order contact us via chat on the site, Viber or hello@assetnutrition.com and send by courier at your expense the following two items:
the product in an undamaged commercial form (the packaging must be whole and undamaged, the product must not be used)
the document you receive with your shipment (if you have lost the receipt / note from the courier or the goods receipt, you can put a sheet in the shipment with your phone number and order number from us – it is in the email we send for confirmation).
After notifying us of the desire to exchange products and clarifying what and how it will be exchanged, send the two items described above to the following address for processing – Sandanski, “Struga”, 13, entrance. A, Asset Nutrition EOOD, 088 979 7922
Please note that the costs of exchanges in both directions are covered by you – when you send a product for exchange (you can choose any courier) and when we send back the exchanged product. After the colleagues have reviewed the received items, we send back what we agreed on in the preliminary conversation.
PRODUCT RETURN
Within 14 days when selling online, you have the right to return the products you ordered, and we reimburse you by bank transfer. This can be done by contacting us on 088 979 7922, Viber or hello@assetnutrition.com to let us know you want to return a product for a refund and send us at your expense the following three things:
- the product in an undamaged commercial form (the packaging must be whole and undamaged, the product must not be used)
- the document you receive with your shipment (if you have lost the receipt / note from the courier or the goods receipt, you can put a sheet in the shipment with your phone number and order number from us – it is in the email we send for confirmation).
- Name and bank account (IBAN) – you can put it as a sheet inside the shipment itself or send it to us via Viber or e-mail hello@assetnutrition.com mentioning your order number (it is in the email we send for confirmation ).
After informing us of your desire to return a product and refund the amount you paid, send the two items described above at your expense to the following address for processing – Sandanski, “Struga”, 13, entrance. A, Asset Nutrition EOOD, 088 979 7922
As soon as possible (usually within 7 days after we have received the products and they are in the above described commercial condition and unused) your amount will be refunded to the bank account you specified.
Please, when exchanging and returning, make sure that you comply with the above conditions – they do not apply if the products are in damaged (torn) packaging.
